Five Steps to Submit a Funding Request
Submit Finance or Capital Request
Please find the Finance and Capital Request form below or pick one up at the ASUPS office WSC 210. Fill out the document and return it to the ASUPS office on Friday by 4pm in order to have your request processed that following week.
Attend Finance Committee
Come to the Finance Committee meeting that same Monday at 9pm in room WSC 201. Make sure you come prepared to explain what and why you are requesting funding.
The VP will email you with the amount the Finance Committee recommended to the ASUPS Senate. Please note that this amount is not fixed and can be changed by the ASUPS Senate.
Communicate with DBS
Once you have been granted funding, please communicate with the Director of Business Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order to ensure appropriate access and utilization of the finances. Further contact information for the Director of Business Services can be found on the Contact page.
